My Personal Experience: I went to Taiwan's Taipei 101 Observatory last year April 21, 2019, together with my sister. We went there to take closer look to their tallest and famous landmark:) Taipei 101 Observatory is a wonder that adds life- light to the city as it showcase scenic views! We may not went to the top but still enjoyed our visit as the view from bottom is not bad either:)

TRAVEL TO MOVIES: FANTASY ISLAND

Director: Jeff Wadlow
Cast: Michael Peña , Maggie Q , Lucy Hale , Austin Stowell , Portia Doubleday , Kim Coates , Ryan Hansen , Michael Rooker , Jimmy O.Yang , Parisa Fitz-Henley , Mike Vogel , Jeriya Benn
Plot: In Blumhouse's new spin on Fantasy Island, the enigmatic Mr. Roarke makes the secret dreams of his lucky guests come true at a luxurious but remote tropical resort. But when the fantasies turn into nightmares, the guests have to solve the island's mystery in order to escape with their lives.

My Movie Review: The movie is all picturesque feature not to be missed despite the dorky final twist it's pretty much a great thriller very entertaining and unpredictable as twist after twist! Fantasy Island is actually good too shame most people didn't appreciate it as the story may not deliver on what we expect in the end but show us another way out and a escape we once want come true as I watch this I felt a privilege seeker and resort guest like I'm in the island as well:0 This supernatural horror isn't scary it's cheesy fun and bit violent- a suspense thriller mostly that includes casual body showoff and a shocker for adventure the cave scene is my least fave I wish it could be better Lucy Hale somehow ruin it all I wish she's good and someone is villain! Portia Doubleday makes a unexpected debut suddenly the table has turned and she's in one of the hero as Maggie Q proves she's a fine actress and Michael Peña is one master of disguise:)

Movie News Review: At Fantasy Island, Mr. Roarke, alongside his assistant Julia, help their guests, Gwen, Melanie, Patrick, Brax, and JD get acclimated to their inclusive resort. One which allows each person to live out a fantasy. For Gwen, it is to roll back the clock and accept the proposal from a man named Allen. Melanie? Oh, she wants to torture her 8th-grade bully, Sloane, and ruin her life. Patrick? Well, he wants to experience what it is like to be a soldier, like his dad was, and as for Brax and JD? They just want to live the high life. While by no means the best horror film in recent memory, what makes this worth seeing is that it continues to push Blumhouse as a brand that wants to go beyond the usual expectations when it comes to thrillers/horrors. And with “Fantasy Island,” while it ultimately gives in to the negative expectations that horror movies inspire, with how it handles Gwen and Patrick’s characters, you are reminded this is the same company behind “Get Out”. If you want one and done horror movie to see fun, you might want to check out “Fantasy Island.” Rating: Positive Worth Seeing!

TRAVEL TO PLACES: TAIWAN-- MCDONALD'S IN 8 GUANQIAN ROAD

My Personal Experience: I went to McDonald's in 8 Guanquian Road last year April 21, 2019, together with my sister. We went there to take a bite after a long day of visiting their attractions! McDonald's in 8 Guanquian Road is becoming tourists stopover situated near the MRT Station! It's also nice vantage point to see the city in full light and this store has bit of international vibe:)

McDonald's in 8 Guanquian Road
McDonald's just a bit different it has nicer view of the city at night compared to other branches situated in a central part of an intersection! We saw several McDonald's within the vicinity of our hotel but i think this one in Guanquian is the nearest. This Mc is located in the same building of the Smile Inn Hotel and Hotel Relax 1 open 24 hours. It is very convenient to get my meal and quite busy during the day time. The place is big and can seat more than a hundred probably at any given time. Service is basically the same as in other stores in other countries, but since we cannot speak Chinese pointing at your order's in the menu becomes very handy:0

TRAVEL TO MOVIES: BRAHMS: THE BOY II

Director: William Brent Bell
Cast: Christopher Convery , Katie Holmes , Owain Yeoman , Ralph Ineson , Daphne Hoskins , Anjali Jay , Oliver Rice , Natalie Moon , Joely Collins , Charles Jarman , Ellie King , Jett Klyne
Plot: Unaware of the terrifying history of Heelshire Mansion, a young family moves to a guest house on theHeelshire's residence, terror strikes when a boy from the family discovers a doll called Brahms that appears to be eerily human.

My Movie Review: The movie is less scary yet still a goody in my book it's rare for me to see a horror film in the cinemas specially alone but there's something about the doll that captivates:) Brahms: The Boy II is not bad as some said there are new elements good if not better playing in this sequel about the creepy killer doll's origin that really fascinates and quite interesting:) Wishing the doll walk on its feet at first rather than just facial movements it will be more scary if we get few action on Brahms this time although Jude is quite unsettling make up for the creep!! Katie Holmes hasn't been around for such a long time and it's quite surprising to see her bring credibility to her character with good acting as a concern mother makes it easy to sympathize:) Ralph Ineson is effective as Joseph in his brief role as the title figurine named Brahms was actually being guarded by him a creepy, masked adult, who lived in the walls of a spooky old mansion' his the one who lures in with the dog at first' but there's more to him on the latter part!

Movie News Review: 'Brahms The Boy II' plays out a post-traumatic stress-induced drama that almost translates off-screen. The sequel movie attempts a comeback with killer doll-horror movie tropes but ends up killing the franchise instead. Predicting the journey of the second family to fall prey to Brahms’ creepy porcelain charms is as easy as child’s play. Brahms: The Boy II is exactly what it sounds like, a return of the titular ‘Boy’. The first installment of the film series has some seriously creepy material. It's all set in the Heelshire Mansion, a home located in a remote English country-side that has seen some real shit go down. Right from the haunted doll’s rising terror to the boy living in the walls. To the merit of the previous movie that did moderately well amongst horror fans, it had potential, potential that can totally be explored in a sequel movie. In a film this straight-forward, I wasn’t expecting any decode-worthy moments but it has this one directorial call that didn’t quite sit well. Watch Brahms: The Boy II if you’re a loyal Brahms fan or into doll-horror films, add to your watch lists or if you’re into follow-up films!

TRAVEL TO PLACES: TAIWAN-- RAOHE NIGHT MARKET

My Personal Experience: I went to the Raohe Street Night Market last year April 21, 2019, together with my sister. We went there to seek and find must-try snacks in different food stalls:) Raohe Night Market is the place to be if you're looking for a food crawl- fun night out in the city cause lot do here this my first in a night market so exhausting yet worthy- it's a beautiful chaos!

Raohe Night Market
One of the oldest night markets in Taipei, the Raohe Night Market is a must visit destination! The epitome of a traditional Taiwanese night market, this 600 metre path along Raohe Street in Songshan District is packed with fun and interesting night foods and snacks, quaint shops and stalls, and carnival games with prizes. Tour groups tend to concentrate themselves around the eastern edge of the market. Individual travelers are recommended to walk directly past these groups for a nicer experience. Before grabbing a snack at Raohe, take a stroll through the Clothing Shopping Outlet in Wufenpu, a hot spot for finding deeply discounted fashion in an abundance of shops located within a maze of alleys. At the eastern end of the night market outside Songshan Station is Ciyou Temple built by local residents during the Qing Dynasty Era!

TRAVEL TO MOVIES: BIRDS OF PREY

Director: Cathy Yan
Cast: Margot Robbie , Jurnee Smollett-Bell , Ewan McGregor , Rosie Perez , Ella Jay Basco , Mary Elizabeth Winstead , Chris Messina , Ali Wong , Dana Lee , Steven Williams , David Ury
Plot: It's open season on Harley Quinn when her explosive breakup with the Joker puts a big fat target on her back. Unprotected and on the run, Quinn faces the wrath of narcissistic crime boss Black Mask, his right-hand man, Victor Zsasz, and every other thug in the city. You ever hear the one about the cop, the songbird, the psycho and the mafia princess? "Birds of Prey (And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn)" is a twisted tale told by Harley herself, as only Harley can tell it. When Gotham's most nefariously narcissistic villain, Roman Sionis, and his zealous right-hand, Zsasz, put a target on a young girl named Cass, the city is turned upside down looking for her. Harley, Huntress, Black Canary and Renee Montoya's paths collide, and the unlikely foursome have no choice but to team up' to take Roman down:0!

My Movie Review: The movie is a highly entertaining action with crazy fun-filled antics that will make you want more it often delight' visually captivating pop in the head like a cherry tree drop! Birds Of Prey (And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) is a rich loose cannon blasting glitter deliciously unhinged spin-off that open a lot of fun possibilities for Harley Quinn:) Margot Robbie is the bomb once again brings her all to the role to another level and provides more layers to her character in break-up adding to her excellent performance in Suicide Squad together with her unlikely new partners in crime a new team of femme fatale heroes were born! Victor Zsasz and Roman Sionis are freakishly stylish villains their welcome addition to the film as they bring sass and angst take make this flick more cooler love their sriracha and mayo mix! Both fresh faces and actors that been around were recognized and shine in this emancipation:)

Movie News Review: Without spoiling the story beyond the premise, Birds of Prey follows Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) after her painful break-up with the Joker. She and “Puddin’” are through for good and it’s time for Harley Quinn to stand on her own two feet something that proves to be a lot more difficult than she expected. Without Joker’s protection, she finds she has a rather large target on her back.Mostly the movie works because it’s funny, exciting and has great characters. I liked all the female leads, but Robbie’s Harley Quinn really steals the show. She’s just fantastic. Mary Elizabeth Winstead’s Huntress is also a very funny character with a great backstory. And I really liked Black Canary in this as well, though I think she should have busted out her super-power a bit earlier. The Vertict: Ultimately, I really enjoyed Birds of Prey even though I agree it would have been stronger if the Joker had been the primary antagonist instead of Black Mask. But the humor and zany action throughout the film were on point, and Robbie is clearly having a great time as Harley Quinn, a role she was born to play:0)

TRAVEL TO PLACES: TAIWAN-- SUN YAT-SEN MEMORIAL HALL

TRAVEL TO MOVIES:THE GENTLEMEN

Director: Guy Ritchie
Cast: Matthew McConaughey , Charlie Hunnam , Hugh Grant , Colin Farrell , Jeremy Strong , Henry Golding , Michelle Dockery , Eddie Marsan , Lyne Renee , Jason Wong , Franz Drameh
Plot: Written and Directed by Guy Ritchie, the film centers on Mickey Pearson an American expatriate who became rich by building his highly profitable marijuana empire in London. When word gets out that he's looking to cash out of the business, it soon triggers an array of plots and schemes including bribery and blackmail- from shady characters want to steal his domain!!

My Movie Review: The movie is bit confusing at first but as it goes on you pick up the crumbs! The Gentlemen is a handsome film with few scratch on the side makes it look sharp with angst' a very different approach makes this a stand-out among the rest of action comedy crime flicks:) Guy Ritchie is back with profound caper for guns, money, drink and drugs in a violent stand-off that often surprise when least expected doing what he does best- fast, stylish gangster feature! Matthew McConaughey is the king, Charlie Hunnam is the storyteller and Hugh Grant is a mob hunter, Colin Farrell is the pimp for gangster, Jeremy Strong up his game playing a big part, Henry Golding is on a roll in movies and Michelle Dockery is the queen that remains a mystery! Everyone in the cast play their parts so well you might what a second look as the story put as well so crisp and witty it will leave you puzzled until the very end, love the color too in some scenes neon so electric and vibrant and lastly the overall vibe thrilling with fun hardcore action!

Critics Consensus: It may not win writer-director Guy Ritchie many new converts, but those already attuned to filmmaker's brash wavelength, The Gentlemen stands tall. Telegraphing dialogue, Tarantino-speak tributes, and a third act plot logjam are tantamount to bringing ants to the picnic, but there's enough repellent on board so as not to bother or distract too much. There's a very self-aware element to [Matthew McConaughey's] performance and to this film for the better. This is a great return to form for Guy Ritchie. There's a flair and sure-handedness here that will please Ritchie's fans, even if it feels like he's preaching to the converted. While the opening half of this film lacks some of the clever grit of Ritchie's earlier offerings, it slowly gets into the groove before going full-tilt with falling bodies, meaningful threats and classic gun play. Sure love to see people take chances or expand their horizons, but well cinematically speaking, it's sometimes good for filmmaker's to stay in their own lanes:0
