TRAVEL TO PLACES: SINGAPORE-- MOMENTUM

My Personal Experience: I went to Singapore Momentum Sculpture last October 4, 2015, together with my sister. We went there to catch some view in the heart of the city where you'll find the Singapore tallest sculpture. Momentum is shape like a Christmas Tree that brings festive look to the city and dominantly red perfect for the upcoming Valentine's Day!

This 18.35 metres steel sculpture by David Gerstein is Singapore’s tallest public sculpture. The spiraling layers of hand painted metal figurines is to depict spontaneity, vibrancy and dynamism of the Central Business District.  The colorful sculpture also adds a splash of color to the surrounding skyscrapers. TRAVEL TO MOVIES: LA LA LAND

Director: Damien Chazelle
Cast: Ryan Gosling , Emma Stone , John Legend , Rosemarie DeWitt , Finn Wittrock ,  J.K. Simmons , Sonoya Mizuno , Callie Hernandez , Jessica Rothenberg , Thom Shelton
Plot: The movie, set in contemporary Los Angeles, centers on a love story between a jazz pianist and an aspiring actress. However, the couple starts facing difficulties as they become more successful in their careers.

My Movie Review: The movie is bitter sweet musical that keep the foolish dreamers in us! Chivalry is not dead when it comes to La La Land when you make someone fall in love through your music. Emma Stone deserve to win the Oscars for her magnificent singing! At first I don't want to watch this movie because I don't want to ruin the fantasy I saw in the trailer but somehow I realized that I need to wake up to the dream and face the reality. My heart got broken still I love every moment of it, this is real not all ends in happy ending.
My Favorite Song: Audition "The Fools Who Dream"

Here's to the ones who dream.. Foolish, as they may seem.. Here's to the hearts that ache, Here's to the mess we make.. She captured a feeling.. Sky with no ceiling.. Sunset inside a frame.. She lives in her liquor and died with a flicker.. I'll always remember the flame.. Here's to the ones who dream.. Foolish, as they may seem.. Here's to the hearts that ache.. Here's to the mess we make.. She told me: A bit of madness is key to give us to color to see.. And that's why they need us, So bring on the rebels.. The ripples from pebbles.. The painters.. and poets.. and plays.. And here's to the fools who dream!! Crazy, as they may seem!! Here's to the hearts that break!! Here's to the mess we make!!!

Capita Green is a office tower that stands out because of it's environment friendly modern look. Making the city a greener place with trees around it and few art sculptures to dazzle.

TRAVEL TO MOVIES: LIVE BY NIGHT

Director: Ben Affleck
Cast:  Ben Affleck , Zoe Saldana , Elle Fanning , Brendan Gleeson , Scott Eastwood , Chris Cooper , Sienna Miller , Remo Girone , Titus Welliver ,  Chris Messina , Max Casella
Plot: Set in the 1920`s recession era, this American crime movie was adapted from the novel of the same name and follows the story of Joe Coughlin, the prodigal son of a Boston police captain. Upon moving to Tampa, Florida, he starts selling cheap liquors and eventually turns into a bootlegger and a rum runner. His life takes an eventual turn when he later becomes a notorious gangster.

My Movie Review: The movie is right kind of wrong never make us care but set the mood. Live By Night is an epic tale of crime in gangster world with chase of the American Dream. The parties were grand and festive as the people dress for the occasion in style. Too bad there's very little momentum due to disorganized sequence some got bored and went out to the cinema. But as for me I really enjoyed it love the darkness and richness of the story.
My Favorite Character: Loretta Figgis

The local chief is related to Figgis, the Tampa police chief. The man’s beautiful daughter is Loretta in a drug-addled state, whom Figgis had believed was working in Los Angeles, California, as an actress. Figgis's daughter later returns to Tampa and becomes a famous preacher. Loretta later reveals to Joe that she doesn't know God, Hoping that God is kind.

TRAVEL TO PLACES: SINGAPORE-- ANDERSON BRIDGE

My Personal Experience: I went to Singapore The Anderson Bridge last October 4, 2015, together with my sister. We went there to make amazing photos while crossing the bridge! We walk slow since were doing city sightseeing then stop over whenever on every corner. This is my favorite bridge to pass in Singapore cause I feelin' kind of magic when seeing it.

The bridge was completed in 1910, and was named after the Governor of the Straits Settlements and High Commissioner for the Federated Malay States (1904–1911), Sir John Anderson, who officially opened the bridge on 12 March 1910. TRAVEL TO MOVIES: COLLATERAL BEAUTY

Director: David Frankel
Cast: Will Smith , Kate Winslet , Keira Knightley , Edward Norton , Helen Mirren , Jacob Latimore , Michael Peña , Naomie Harris , Ethan Coskay , Andy Taylor , Benjamin Snyder
Plot: An New York advertising executive is depressed after a personal tragedy. His colleagues try to save him by snapping him out of his bad mental state. They hatch a plan that, however, does not go the way they intended.

My Movie Review: The movie is untouchable you can grasp the story based on the trailer but you still watch the whole thing to fully understand. Very disappointing for it's flat story but not the worst it could be better still it shows reality of life and the nature of humans. Will Smith is lost and reckless in this drama where nothing matters I hope they develop more twists with the other characters. Curiosity got me to watch this film but don't regret it.
My Favorite Lines: "We’re here to connect. Love, time, death. Now these three things connect every single human being on earth. We long for love, we wish we had more time, and we fear death." "Howard is a brilliant man, and he’s not just a boss, he’s a friend. He lost his child and now he doesn’t care if he loses everything else." "This might be the strangest thing I have ever come across. He writes letters? To who?" "Howard doesn’t write letters to people, he writes to things. Time, love, death." "Kids write letters to Santa Claus, it doesn’t mean they’re crazy. No this is therapeutic." "I’m love. I’m the fabric of life."
