TRAVEL TO MOVIES: ANNA

Director: Luc Besson
Cast: Sasha Luss , Luke Evans , Cillian Murphy , Helen Mirren , Anna Krippa , Lera Abova , Alexander Petrov , Nikita Pavlenko , Ivan Franeck , Jean-Baptiste Puech , Aleksei Maslodudov
Plot: Beneath Anna Poliatova's striking beauty lies a secret that will unleash her indelible strength and skill to become one of the world's most feared government assassins. An electrifying thrill ride unfolding with propulsive energy, startling twists and breathtaking action, ANNA introduces Sasha Luss in the title role with a star-studded cast including Academy Award Winner Helen Mirren, Cillian Murphy, and Luke Evans.

My Movie Review: The movie is all splendid over-the-top action and slick scenes put together! Anna is a spy-assassin genre that's one part top model and mostly a killer seducer one can't go wrong how stylish and hardcore the action sequence give's one of the best fight scene ever! Luc Besson's latest film often works for multiple jaw-dropping set pieces and very smart story that's fun to watch and full of interesting twists explained clear after a back-flash how it is done! Sasha Luss on title role with a star-studded cast: Luke Evans, Cillian Murphy and Helen Mirren makes a great ensemble as involve in a world-class assassin's operation could be entertaining! This curiously familiar female agent turns on seduction and power dynamics though her beauty and make a strong impression in swapping identity blonde or brunette she's a force to be seen! Awesome love triangle blooms and a witty counterpoint with Olga let us know who's in-charge:)

Critics Consensus: Anna finds writer-director Luc Besson squarely in his wheelhouse, but fans of this variety of stylized action have seen it all done before and better. Over and over, the film proceeds down one narrative path, then jumps back as each twist reveals a new, hidden thread. Besson keeps the story and action clear while deftly slipping in minor details that prove crucial later on. Besson is riffing on spy movies and their inherent double crosses and triple crosses, stopping just short of parody but letting the audience in on the trick. And thanks to Besson and a willing cast, the trick's a pretty good one. The gunplay in "Anna" grows repetitive before long, and the heroine's invincibility feels like a cheap substitute for the power that wields over her. Writer/director Luc Besson returns with action movie that prizes swift economy and slick entertainment over' depth and meaning, but centers on a powerful, strong leading woman!

TRAVEL TO PLACES: TAIWAN-- SHIN KONG LIFE TOWER

My Personal Experience: I went to Taiwan's Shin Kong Life Tower this year April 21. 2019, together with my sister. We went there to take a glimpse on what's happening around our area! Shin Kong Life Tower is near to the hotel we check-in that's why its easy to come and go in the premises we always go to far more places and still end up here' last stop before going to sleep!

Shin Kong Life Tower
The 51-story Shin Kong Life Tower, Taipei’s best-know landmark, is praised for its careful construction and safety features but criticized for a less-than-creative design. Visible from throughout Taipei, Shin Kong Life Tower quickly became city’s most recognizable landmark. Standing fifty-one stories high, the rose-colored US$270 million building topped by a distinctive golden pyramid is the tallest in the city. Since it opened in December 1993 along the major east-west thoroughfare of Chunghsiao West Road, across from the Taipei Railway Station, it has become an important reference point and gathering spot for the western section of the city.

TRAVEL TO MOVIES: CHILD'S PLAY

Director: Lars Klevberg
Cast: Gabriel Bateman , Aubrey Plaza , Mark Hamill , Brian Tyree Henry , Tim Matheson , Marlon Kazadi , David Lewis , Ty Consiglio , Beatrice Kitsos , Carlease Burke , Nicole Anthony
Plot: After moving to a new city, young Andy Barclay receives a special present from his mother a seemingly innocent Buddi doll that becomes his best friend. When the doll suddenly takes on a life of its own, Andy unites with other neighborhood children to stop the sinister toy from wreaking bloody havoc.

My Movie Review: The movie is scary funny may have gruesome killing yet come as playtime! Child's Play is cult horror classic that get some refreshing and relevant update of the digital era that's crazier and more level-headed than the original but doll looks uglier with unusual feature! Gabriel Bateman is such a delight what a engaging young actor I've come to like his character despite imperfections! teaming with other kids make this team spirit flick fighting bad killer doll:) Aubrey Plaza is too hot to be a mom she could play an older sister perhaps the reason why I'll watched this was the hanging scene in the trailer- were her neck got tight with rope looks cool:) Chucky maybe smart but not smart enough when he got trick with the Buddi Song in the latter part so cute and so fun I like the supermarket scene when he turned dolls evil chaotic yet witty! What a great slasher thriller film it is the one's missing is a grand finale to kick enough a notch!!

Critics Consensus: Child's Play updates an '80s horror icon for the Internet of Things era, with predictably gruesome and generally entertaining results. Nastier, more playful, and just as good if not better than the original film. While Child's Play is definitely new-and-improved, I'm not sure if audiences are ready for layered, psychological Chucky. Perhaps he needs his own prestige cable series. Klevberg and Smith reduce Chucky to malevolent automaton, dialogue limited to parroting back someone else's catchphrases. The film proves mixed bag with heavy exposition marked by brief moments of carnage before Chucky can wreak havoc with impunity. Being an AI with faulty circuitry, Chucky 2.0 doesn't have the hilarious vulgarity or the single-minded murderous glee - the soul, if you will - that made Dourif's Chucky such an unnervingly human abomination. It builds to a maniacal hilarious finale that will deliver the goods expected!

TRAVEL TO PLACES: TAIWAN-- WANHUA DISTRICT

My Personal Experience: I went to Wanhua District in northern part this year April 21, 2019, together with my sister. We went there to city stroll for a day and turn things around the district! Capturing images of iconic landmarks, posing along popular establishments and doing tourist must try like dining on a theme restaurant' as mundane things come to play in maximizing time!

Wanhua District
Wanhua District, known in Taiwanese Hokkien as Báng-kah khu and historically as "Monga" or "Monka", is a district in Taiwan. It is Taipei's oldest district. The district is home to historic buildings such as the Manka Longshan Temple, an iconic historic temple, and the Red House Theater, first and largest teahouse and playhouse in Taiwan. As Wanhua District was Taipei's first district to undergo economic development, there are many old buildings and cultural sites. The large number of temples in this area attributed to its prosperous past originating from the Qing Era. The district can be divided into three sections namely northern, central and southern!

TRAVEL TO MOVIES: MEN IN BLACK INTERNATIONAL

Director: F. Gary Gray
Cast: Chris Hemsworth , Tessa Thompson , Liam Neeson , Rebecca Ferguson , Rafe Spall , Emma Thompson , Kumail Nanjiani , Jess Radomska , Lee Twins , Hitel Patel , Inny Clemons
Plot: The Men in Black have always protected the Earth from the scum of the universe. In this new adventure, they tackle the biggest threat to date: a mole in the Men in Black Organization!

My Movie Review: The movie is super enjoyable when you don't think of the substance that it promise instead of future franchise reinstall we got a fast pace amusing yet forgettable sequel:( International sounds broader I wish they explore more cities like Tokyo where technology seem advance or Seoul for incredible sights or less expose cities in movie like Shanghai or Mumbai:( The chemistry between the stars make it work to have a fun-filled day and seeing alien faces is plus bring back nostalgia in a good way with new addition of cute creatures that spark surprise! We expect more in this case amusement is not enough for the critics but for just okay I have fun here and there it may not live up to my expectations yet not a total let down either the one thing I don't like was how easy they beat the villains no challenge at all makes a lost loose end! Liam Neeson's character is such a missed step, Rebecca Ferguson's Riza must be in their last battle make things fun and Rafe Spall's Agent C must join the action potential not fully realized!

Critics Consensus: Amiable yet forgettable, MiB International grinds its stars' substantial chemistry through the gears of a franchise running low on reasons to continue. Every so often a movie gets so thoroughly shellacked by critics that, when you see it and realize it's actually quite good, you can't help but feel sorry for the filmmakers.  Unable to capture the magic of the original, Men in Black: International finds itself paper thin, with only solid acting by the leads keeping it alive. It takes considerable effort to render a pair as charismatic as Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson boring, but the makers of 'Men in Black: International' are up to the task. Everyone's dressed for a funeral and that's the right look because if we keep getting movies like this one we'll be putting the cinematic experience in the ground. Performs a all complete charmectomy on its usually hugely charismatic stars, leaves them to flounder about things with a bizarrely inept script, and actually seem to be trolling us with its pseudo feminism!

TRAVEL TO PLACES: TAIWAN-- MODERN TOILET

My Personal Experience: I went to Modern Toilet in Taipei Ximen this year April 21, 2019, together with my sister. We went there to hunt one of the famous theme restaurants in Taiwan:) Modern Toilet is a must dine when visiting here it's cute and ironic giving unique experience on how we see food when it presented in a witty fun manner its haven for me who crave different:)

Modern Toilet
We are a group of “muckrakers” following our dreams. It all started when one of us was reading the manga, Dr. Slump on the toilet and the rest is history. In the beginning, we mainly sold ice cream – a big pile of chocolate ice cream sold in containers shaped like a squat toilet. This humorous spin became a great success. After much planning from all of our partners, we finally took the first step towards realizing our dreams. The restaurant immediately caused a stir in Taiwan with its humorous design. At the start, many people peered in at the restaurant trying to figure out what we were selling & had big smile on their face when they finally worked it out. By continuing to come up with great ideas and making improvements on old ones, we have expanded over the past few years from just ice cream into fully-fledged theme restaurant with stores all over Taiwan. Our stores have won the support of devoted fans & tourists as well.
