My Personal Experience: I went to Cebu City Hall last year May 3, 2015, together with my sister and her husband. We went there to continue our city tour in that moment were just passing through on our way to Magellan's Cross. We also drop to other historical sites like Cathedral Museum Of Cebu 1836 White Church and Miguel Lopez De Legazpi Monument.

It is perfectly nestled at Magallanes Street, where the well-renowned Magellan's Cross can also be found.
