My Personal Experience: I went to Vertis North Mall this year March 23, 2019, together with my best friend. We went there to find restaurant to dine luckily we end up in this cool food spot! There's something about this place that scream summer from their newly painted pedestrian lane to the nature loving greenery around you will feel the wind breeze and beat the sun's heat!

Ayala Malls Vertis North is 65 Billion Peso 30 hectare commercial and residential development by Ayala Land which currently has two anchor establishments: Ayala Malls Vertis North and 24-storey Seda Vertis North hotel. It opened on June 9, 2017 and this 40,000 square meters mall will have themed retail destinations such as Korea Town, Japan Town, Urban Turf, a UFC Gym as well as an activity center, the Green Strip, and the largest screen cinema in the country which is in between an IMAX screen and a regular sized screen. The mall is expected to have its grand launch in October 2017. Aside from the hotel and the mall, the development will see six residential towers in the area as well as three office towers and a two-hectare park!!
