TRAVEL TO PLACES: SINGAPORE-- ATLAS: PART THREE

My Personal Experience: I went to Atlas Bar at Parkview Square in Singapore on a friday last August 12, 2022, together with my sister who make time to climb the mezzanine to capture me! Atlas is decadence the golden chambers embelish make a rich and grand effect to a simple lunch or dinner in the city with a side of little bit styling you can create lots of perfect pop ootd's!

Atlas: Part Three
Forming the heart of Parkview Square, ATLAS is a celebration of the 1920's rich culinary and beverage traditions. The result is something unique in Asia, a truly grand backdrop that harks to time when while their American contemporaries were surreptitiously tippling in underground speakeasies Europeans were revelling in Deco glamour and unabashed Jazz Age elegance, sampling the finest libations in suitably beautiful surrounds delivering elegance, lifts excellence!

TRAVEL TO MOVIES: RED NOTICE

Director: Rawson Marshall Thurber
Cast: Dwayne Johnson , Ryan Reynolds , Gal Gadot , Chris Diamantopoulos , Rafael Petardi , Ritu Arya , Ivan Mbakop , Vincenzo Amato , Daniel Bernhardt , Andrew Hunter , Yosef Podolski
Plot: In the world of international crime, an Interpol agent attempts to hunt down the world's most wanted art thief with help from rival thief to capture but nothing as it seems as a series of double-crosses ensues.

My Movie Review: The movie is over the top actioner with three star power actors the escape from the prison in winter backdrop is my favorite scene the shooting action packed memorable! Red Notice is one of the biggest film offering Netflix that time it premiered and had such a huge $200 million budget to back it all up a grand action comedy that meets the goal of entertaining and amusing but don't expect some big meaningful movie, its a comedy it's just fun to watch! As far as celebrity appeal goes, Red Notice checks a lot of boxes it stars Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds), and The Rock (Dwayne Johnson), all of whom more or less play themselves in a silly fancy kind of way that caught in heist and chase of a thief faster!! Why do critics hate Red Notice? shallow and in your face as is a mindless entertainment built on silly jokes, a thin plot, visual effects, window dressing, Red Notice is 117-minute distraction, easily forgotten in half that time as content collapsed when I watched this action-minute movie on a rainy afternoon and was just about perfect for the time and place with no other distraction! Featuring a frantic museum foot-chase, a prison break from a mountain-top fortress, and a hi-tech heist at an überswanky villains' masked ball makes this bigger on spectacle of visual treat! Red Notice is content to merely mimic the rhythms and pacing of a fun movie the same way Ryan Reynolds has become adept at delivering lines that humour makes' him popular relevant!

Critics Consensus: Red Notice's big budget and A-list cast add up to a slickly competent action comedy whose gaudy ingredients only make middling results more disappointing. The biggest surprise of 2021 for me none of the trailers really grabbed my attention but damn does the movie work. With its charm, great humor, & excellent chase sequences that add some amazing adrenaline! Give me more of The Rock, Gal, & Ryan!! If you want some substance to your fun that calls to memory Spielberg’s Indiana Jones films or even the weaker, but still engaging, National Treasure movies, then this isn’t your movie. Red Notice is an enjoyable action diversion. The most expensive and successful Netflix original film yet, watching Red Notice is like watching the feature-length version of a fake movie inside another movie; its cliched, over-the-top, and plays out like a parody of itself. Red Notice is one of those absurd Abbas-Mustan-style campfests with so many random twists and double-crosses that only great actors or terrible actors can pull them off. Efficiently kills a couple of hours without stealing our hearts. Red Notice is vastly less than the sum of its parts, with the central trio saving it from mediocrity. It's a perfectly acceptable and decently entertaining 200 million action epic, but nothing more. This blatantly silly movie is the absolute best possible version of itself it's funny, has some exciting chase scenes, and is altogether the Platonic ideal of a 7/10 movie honestly:)

TRAVEL TO MOVIES: THE HARDER THEY FALL

Director: Jeymes Samuel
Cast: Jonathan Majors , Idris Elba , Zazie Beetz , Regina King , LaKeith Stanfield , RJ Cyler , Danielle Deadwyler , Edi Gathegi , Deon Cole , Delroy Lindo , DeWanda Wise , Chase Dillon , Damon Wayans Jr. , Julio Cesar Cedillo , Manny Rubio , Woody McClain , Torrey B. Lawrence
Plot: When outlaw Nat Love (Jonathan Majors) discovers that his enemy Rufus Buck (Idris Elba) is being released from prison he rounds up his gang to track Rufus down and seek revenge. Those riding with him in assured, righteously new school Western include his former love Stagecoach Mary (Zazie Beetz), his right and left hand men--hot-tempered Bill Pickett (Edi Gathegi) and fast drawing Jim Beckwourth (R.J. Cyler)--and a surprising adversary-turned-ally! Rufus Buck has his own fearsome crew, including "Treacherous" Trudy Smith (Regina King) and Cherokee Bill (LaKeith Stanfield), and they are not a group that knows how to lose against!

My Movie Review: The movie is powerful ensemble with a cast this strong and good script its one exeptional story with this caliber that told in a straight out of the books Western Adventure! The Harder They Fall is sucessful in creating a world of its own and making a watchable event of a show that's worth celebrating with unapologetically centers its Black characters in finesse:) The aim of The Harder They Fall is to reframe the Old West to acknowledge the fact that many of the settlers were Black, and to have a blast in this thrilling film, with the type of highs that can excuse some lows and that appears to be venture into this White Town full of white people! The Harder They Fall only further cements how much this deserves to be seen by many as such Jonathan Majors brings a swaggering confidence to gentleman outlaw Nat Love to Idris Elba as the tough and mighty Rufus Buck and Regina King showing off quiet confidence as the treacherous Trudy Smith is a history lesson wrapped in fast, flashy, and fantastical storytelling:) The Harder They Fall isn't attempting to be an antithesis or a pointed statement; it aims to expand the boundaries of the Western to include this jazz improvisational-style mashup of fact, legend and screenwriters' whim starts with a traumatic act of murder as unsettling as it is must! Director Jeymes Samuel's supremely violent revenge thriller is bold and bloody reinvention fix:)

Critics Consensus: It isn't as bold and fearless as its characters, but The Harder They Fall fills its well-worn template with style, energy, and a fantastic cast. The Harder They Fall is easily one of Netflix's most successful original movies. The cast do their very best to bring the most out of the script, there is action aplenty and the soundtrack is one of the most memorable of the year. Boaz Yakin’s script crackles, and director Jemyes Samuels keeps the tension tightly wound. Despite a strong start and the amazing talent on screen, the film sags in the middle before limping across the finish line with its predictable ending and head-scratching sequel setup. From start to finish, The Harder They Fall is a riveting rollercoaster ride, chock-full of compelling characters, aggressive action, and a decent dose of dynamic drama to give it that extra emotional "oomph" in the final stretch. The Harder They Fall is a perfect blend and display of Love, revenge and jealousy. There is a very deep rooted story and each character has a lot of heart. One of the best westerns in modern times! It's obvious Jeymes Samuel put his entire heart and soul into The Harder They Fall, as did every actor on the roster. Each character has a defining moment, perfectly complemented by Samuel's camera choices-- his original music. An instant classic without a doubt a visionary interpretation of a Western setting!
