My Personal Experience: I went to Taiwan Taipei City Of Bubble Tea this year April 21, 2019, together with my sister. We went there to get our first buy in the city after shoes on under store! Xing Fu Tang is the first milk bubble tea shop we saw that's why we bought their infamous pink Strawberry Pearl Milk it's a little sour and not the best tasting but this tea's fun sip and colorful:)
