TRAVEL TO MOVIES: BATTLE OF THE YEAR: THE DREAM TEAM

Director: Benson Lee
Cast: Caity Lotz, Chris Brown, Josh Holloway, Josh Peck, Laz Alonso
Plot: B-boying or breaking, often called "breakdancing", is a style of street dance that originated as a part of hip-hop culture among African American and Latino youths in New York City during the early 1970s while Battle of the Year, commonly referred to as BOTY, is an annual international b-boying series that began in 1990. It is a crew (as opposed to individual) competition. Benson Lee's "Battle Of The Year" uses this dance as the premise for the film, about an American b-boy crew heads to France to compete at the Battle of the Year International Championships.

My Movie Review: The movie is fun, little bit predictable but managed to entertain at the end of the day. I think Chris Brown must focus more on his talent cause he have it rather than making controversy. Sometimes it's not about winning, is about being part of something special that you'll find yourself with people who will care about you. I learn the importance of teamwork being one uniting with the same goal makes some big difference!!
My Favorite Line: "Act like a champion, be a champion!"
