TRAVEL TO MOVIES: BAD BOYS FOR LIFE

Directors: Adil El Arbi , Bilall Fallah
Cast: Will Smith , Martin Lawrence , Vanessa Hudgens , Alexander Ludwig , Charles Melton , Paola Nuñez , Kate Del Castillo , Jacob Scipio , Joe Pantoliano , Theresa Randle , DJ Khaled..
Plot: Old-school cops Mike Lowery and Marcus Burnett team up to take down the vicious leader of a Miami drug cartel. Newly created elite team AMMO of the Miami police department along with Mike and Marcus go up against the ruthless Armando Aretas and vengeful mother Isabel Aretas' two are back together for one last ride in the highly anticipated Bad Boys for Life!

My Movie Review: The movie is surprisingly fresh set the mood real nice with good narrative:) Bad Boys For Life is really cool injecting unexpected turns while keeping the beats smooth and for that my vision is 20/20 I really like this film bring's back my love to Hollywood Blockbusters:) I love the Miami Vibe the scenery here is giving me life and action sequences are awesome as done with finesse on the other hand Mexican Vibe here is shown to quite exotic and bit mystic:) Everyone in the cast manage to shine even the ones with small role to part-take bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do, whatcha gonna do when they come for you I just really got a great time watching it and the finale didn't disappoint either got nothing bad to say just enjoy the ride! Kate Del Castillo aka La Bruja is giving us a Mexican Flair on Vengeance that face is a mother who do anything to avenge and Jacob Scipio the son, is bad-ass sharp shooter with no mercy:) Will Smith and Martin Lawrence is a nice duo balance out each other like one is tough and one is flab as one is intense and one is relax its better to see them together this time with upgrade:)

Critics Consensus: Loaded up with action and a double helping of leading-man charisma, Bad Boys for Life reinvigorates this long-dormant franchise playing squarely to its strengths. If Bad Boys ranks as one of Michael Bay's better movies and Bad Boys II ranks as one of his worst, where does that leave Bad Boys for Life? Make of this what you will, but this Bay-less film turns out to be the best picture in this high-energy franchise. Did anybody ask for this? No, but perhaps we should have. This movie was a big surprise, especially coming out in January. I couldn't believe how much I laughed, from beginning to end. The chemistry between Smith and Lawrence is still intact in this funny, satisfying sequel. Bad Boys For Life is fun and a crowd pleaser. The new characters inject some needed freshness into the franchise. Lawrence and Smith hold it down, 17 years later feels a bit dated. "Bad Boys for Life" doesn't aim to raise the bar on its genre or rewrite the blockbuster rulebook, but it's a blast watching Lawrence and Smith revisit these characters, find sensible place for them in the current Hollywood landscape!

TRAVEL TO PLACES: TAIWAN-- BELLAVITA SHOPPING MALL

My Personal Experience: I went to Bellavita Shopping Mall last year April 22, 2019, together with my sister. We went there by chance as we stroll around it until we came across the center! TRAVEL TO MOVIES: JOJO RABBIT

Director: Taika Waititi
Cast: Roman Griffin Davis , Scarlett Johansson , Taika Waititi , Sam Rockwell , Alfie Allen , Archie  Yates , Thomasin McKenzie , Rebel Wilson , Stephen Merchant , Luke Brandon Field ..
Plot: Writer director Taika Waititi (Thor: Ragnarok, Hunt For The Wilderpeople), brings his signature style of humor and pathos to his latest film, Jojo Rabbit, World War II satire that follows a lonely German boy (Roman Griffin Davis as Jojo) whose world view is turned upside down when he discovers his single mother (Scarlett Johansson) is hiding a young Jewish girl (Thomasin McKenzie) in their attic. Aided only by his idiotic imaginary friend, Adolf Hitler (Taika Waititi), Jojo must confront his blind nationalism.

My Movie Review: The movie is field of antic wit set in Nazi Germany on this schmaltzy satire! Jojo Rabbit is not your typical comedy war by watching this I felt I'm stepping out of my comfort zone not my kind of movie I thought to give it a pass but due to good response I'd gave it a go:) Roman Griffin Davis is a surprise promising new actor that's full of wisdom and complete touch of quirkiness perfect for the role this growing boy makes you curious and ingest funny sarcasm Archie Yates on the other hand in the midst of war is still adorable together cuteness overload:) Taika Waititi manage to be unrecognizable as Adolf Hitler it's like he became totally a different person the director's cleverness is overflowing on the story and acting as well putting his spin! Using actors that will the role is a choice and play with their strengths make a brilliant outcome- Scarlett Johansson is phenomenal never seen her light to shine this bright deserving to see as Sam Rockwell and Rebel Wilson were also good here hilarious and help to build all characters!

Critics Consensus: Jojo Rabbit's blend of irreverent humor and serious ideas definitely won't be to everyone's taste -- but either way, this anti-hate satire is audacious to a fault. Taika Waititi's film is tender, daring, and sharp -- precisely pitched so that it keeps its path steady and its ambitions in check. Jojo Rabbit is bold in its inversion of expectations and its reimagining of a familiar subject. There's nothing trivial about it. Pack up your political correctness, hold onto your jaw and enjoy the ride. A comedy with some drama, loaded with extremely hilarious moments and other tremendously touching. Jojo Rabbit is lovely from start to finish. It is unflinching in its allegiance to joy and mirth, no matter how depraved and depressing human beings and their actions tend to be. All the characters are treated with great affection. Waititi is clever enough to flirt with scandal without getting burned. A satire that mercilessly mocks Hitler and the Nazis, but that also treat the context in which it takes place with respect and solemnity!

TRAVEL TO MOVIES: PARASITE

Director: Bong Joon Ho
Cast: Song Kang Ho , Choi Woo-shik , Park So Dam , Lee Jung Eun , Lee Sun Kyun , Jeong Ji So , Andreas Fronk , Cho Yeo Jeong ,Jeong Hyun Joon , Park Myung Hoon , Park Keun-Rok
Plot: Bong Joon Ho brings his work home to Korea in this pitch-black modern fairytale. Meet the Park Family: the picture of aspirational wealth. And the Kim Family, rich in street smarts but not much else. Be it chance or fate, these two houses are brought together and the Kims sense a golden opportunity. Masterminded by the son college-aged Ki-woo, the Kim children expediently install themselves as tutor and art therapist, to the Parks. Soon, all of symbiotic relationship forms between the two families. The Kims provide "indispensable" luxury services while the Parks being the boss obliviously bankroll their entire household. When a parasitic interloper threatens the Kims' newfound comfort, a savage, underhanded battle for dominance break out under threatening to destroy the fragile ecosystem between the Kims and the Parks:)

My Movie Review: The movie is breaking so much boundaries and manage to stay relevant up to this day even it premiere last year October there's something masterful about it you can't deny that's why critics are gashing on positive reviews and overflowing awards toward this film! Parasite is a near perfect social satire that started with a con and end up something else- thrill to the bone- you can feel and the over the top rush even if you don't understand the language:) The brilliance heightens when the Parks decided to have a camping trip leaving the Kims alone in the house until the former house lady comes back with a surprising revelation she left under! In the dark lies the husband kept hidden and the ball roll from then on as heavy rain falls the Parks came back in that night and the Kims must go out- when their back to their own home the flood was all over the place- that moment brings you back and keep you grounded and see the world in their view somehow karma bite their ass from all the con they done so compelling:) The finale comes full circle when the rage is unleash and all blow big on a birthday party in the house twist after twist- a very clever conclusion in command and put things in perfect harmony!

Critics Consensus: An urgent, brilliantly layered look at timely social themes, Parasite finds writer-director Bong Joon Ho in near-total command of his craft. If the movie is a Rorschach of who you identify as parasite and host, it's a test you're as likely to fail; a film-going experience that refuses to fit into any box, and forces viewers to breathe the dangerous air outside of it too. Let's just say that by "Parasite's" conclusion, what started out as a comedy of manners has become a furious snarl of rage and his most arresting social satire yet. It isn't an easy ride, and as with life in the non-metaphorical world, the destination is uncertain. You'll see strange and wonderful things along the way. It's a fitting movie for our times, and Joon Ho delivers with uncompromising clarity and vision. See it before the inevitable American remake sands down all its razor sharp edges. He has delivered one of the most well-assembled and compelling films of all time, flawlessly navigates humor, despair, satire, and elements of thrilling horror to create an experience I won't soon forget. Parasite is a major accomplishment and a must-see for anyone who loves cinema! Bong builds the smallest moments into something monumental:)

TRAVEL TO MOVIES: STAR WARS: THE RISE OF SKYWALKER

Director: J.J. Abrams
Cast: Carrie Fisher , Mark Hamill , Adam Driver , Daisy Ridley , John Boyega , Oscar Isaac , Anthony Daniels , Naomi Ackie , Domhnall Gleeson , Ian McDiarmid , Keri Russell , Matt Smith
Plot: The surviving Resistance faces the First Order once more as Rey, Finn and Poe Dameron's journey continues. With the power and knowledge of generations behind them, the final battle commences. No one's ever really gone Rey's journey continues and the Skywalker saga concludes in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, coming December 2019. After Palpatine mysteriously returns, Resistance faces First Order in one final chapter of the Skywalker Saga:)

My Movie Review: The movie is sub-par with good conclusion it might be save but its world felt small even in the vastness of space and the span of time it has tackle a less story to tell:(0) Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker is a bit loss in translation sticks the landing in a familiar yet unconvincing premise with cartoon-most visuals and cheap interpretation of what could have been an epic finale of the saga the inspired generation as it rise it goes up but with a false end! This feel like a recycle movie from the past installment in some parts and the characters didn't have much growth and some decline with their respective role, Palpatine didn't do much either! Now the bad is out of the bag, it's time to discuss what I like the fight scenes very intense and somewhat fresh, Adam Driver his the only one shining this one focusing on his good side, then Naomi Ackie fresh face with striking presence of a warrior wish she have more screening time:) The final battle gave me a rush and I felt the fever once it goes into zoom in between the film duration it's like riding a space shuttle in a theme park that was nice at least this one has edge!

Critics Consensus: Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker suffers from a frustrating lack of imagination, but concludes this beloved saga with fan-focused devotion. It doesn't do anything new or even terribly distinctive, but maybe it didn't have to. It just had to be good enough to stick the landing, and it does that. You sense in this film, J.J. [Abrams] shrinking that world... Everything in this franchise feels like a take back. The Rise of Skywalker entertains, it elicits laughters, and it makes you feel even as you snicker at some predictably basic and nonsensical story decisions. When we meet up with brash pilot Poe, he's lightspeed-skipping his way out of trouble, and Abrams is in much the same mode, whisking you from one thing to the next before you have much time to think or feel anything in response. The hermetic logic of the plot is as impeccable as it is ridiculous. It's a drama crafted with robotic insularity for the consumption of viewers being rendered robotic at each moment of the soullessly uniform spectacle. It feels longer, tiring' and at times it doesn't deliver anything that can bristle the skin!!
