TRAVEL TO MOVIES: THE CHRISTMAS CHRONICLES: PART TWO

Cast: Kurt Russell , Goldie Hawn , Darby Camp , Julian Dennison , Kimberly Williams-Paisley , Tyrese Gibson , Judah Lewis , Jahzir Bruno , Darlene Love , Sunny Suljic , Malcolm McDowell
Plot: Kate Pierce, now a cynical teen, is unexpectedly reunited with Santa Claus when a mysterious troublemaker threatens to cancel Christmas - forever.

My Movie Review: The movie is a joyful affair get to see different' take to our beloved holiday:) The Christmas Chronicles: Part Two is fun as it can be with new level of excitement as we get to see Santa's Home in a new reimagination of what happen in North Pole during that Season:) Kurt Russell is best in being Santa I love to think his the Real Santa it's nice to see him back wearing red and silver beard with the hat come and go as you wish to sweep your feet as field those shoes again with golden dust and blissful magic you can't explain very enjoyable to see:) Golden Hawn she's the perfect blend of mother care and great support counter of Santa Claus! Just amazing job as Mrs. Claus we get to see how she laid the plan to save the day with Santa Helpers and Belsnickel's disobedience give her a reason to understand the mischief as forgive! Kate and Teddy are grown-ups now with different priorities we get to see how things change on their family scape to Mexico with mom and step-dad which is fresh nice way start and end this on vacation love the unexpected adventure with the new kid and as whole bring the Spirit alive!

Critics Consensus: While it's missing some of the magic of the original, The Christmas Chronicles 2 serves up a sweet second helping of holiday cheer that makes the most of its marvelously matched leads. The Christmas Chronicles 2 is better than your average Christmas movie, even if it offers many familiar touches. Chris Columbus takes over the reins as director and binges on the cheesy digital effects, but his story does dash off into an exciting new direction as it revisits the origins of Santa.  "The Christmas Chronicles 2" so typical of holiday fare in the streaming era is more convincing as a reminder that we're sometimes justified in lamenting what we've lost. An unremarkable if far from unpleasant sequel arriving just in time to brighten your locked-down holiday festivities. Russell and Hawn do their best to power through, but after almost two increasingly stilted hours of this stuff - which is far too long for a film of this type - the couple's kindly twinkles look a little strained. It's just right for kids during Christmas, as Dads won't want to watch but I like it, and enjoyed it on its own level very much:)

TRAVEL TO PLACES :PHILIPPINES-- CHRISTMAS ON LOCKDOWN

My Personal Experience: I went near our Christmas Tree to brighten up my day and see what Christmas On Lockdown look like last year December 29, 2020, together with my sister-in-law!! It may not be the 25th of December but I felt the Christmas Spirit that day and after seeing this pics I'm glad did pose near our Christmas Tree before it will be take down as gifts still on wrap!!

Christmas On Lockdown
Philippines seeing start of holiday Covid-19 surge in coronavirus infections, with cases in about a dozen cities in the region rising, health officials warn on Thursday (Dec 17). Health Undersecretary told reporters people are increasingly gathering in thick crowds and flouting safety protocols to mark the Christmas holidays. The Philippines went through one of the longest and strictest lockdowns in the world early this year, shutting down nearly all businesses and keeping millions stuck inside their homes! People are flocking back to restaurants, public markets, gyms, spas and salons, and churches. Malls are seeing a noticeable jump in foot traffic, from nearly zero during the lockdown. Public transport is back up to 50% as of that time!

TRAVEL TO MOVIES: THE PRINCESS SWITCH: SWITCHED AGAIN

Director: Mike Rohl
Cast: Vanessa Hudgens , Sam Palladio , Nick Sagar , Lachlan Nieboer , Mark Fleischmann , Suanne Braun , Florence Hall , Ricky Norwood , Adele Lupton , Grant Crookes , Sandy Welch
Plot: When Duchess Margaret unexpectedly inherits the throne to Montenaro and hits a rough patch with boyfriend Kevin, it's up to her double, Princess Stacy, to get these star-crossed lovers back together.

My Movie Review: The movie is rubbish in totally delightful comeback with a little bit spice and everything nice as though the whole charade come full circle when the kidnapping took place! The Princess Switch: Switched Again is quite average I felt the switching was not utilize more unlike the first one where so much had happened felt the first one more special than this one! Vanessa Hudgens sassy side is portrayed in the blond one and sure it added excitement now there's three of them yet I found myself leaning from the first one still felt it has more heart and a dash of magic this second felt more superficial with some glitz and glamour- less substance:( Duchess Margaret is the star as story focus more to her I'm shock when she got broken-up with boyfriend Kevin in the first part I thought they seem happy in the end of the first one I wish they started well in this sequel not instantly broken-up yet all is well- there's follow up to come:)

Critic Reviews: If nothing else, how can you not love the idea of fictional countries with names that sound borrowed from 1960s sportswear companies? The Princess Switch and its follow up are so indefensibly enjoyable they need no defense. By making Hudgens jump between playing these three characters, Switched Again resembles something like Vanessa Hudgens's Drag Race or Vanessa Hudgens Presents: Westworld. Though inevitably the formula wears a little thinner in spots this time, it's a frothy fantasy that should satisfy viewers' itch for confectionary-looking Christmas fluff. Who wouldn't like to spend the winter holidays with good friends at a lavishly decorated palace in the kingdom of Montenaro, where glittering cascades of snow shower the beautiful people almost every time they step outside? As with many a sequel, Switched Again doesn't feel as fresh as the first movie - and, if we're being serious for a second, there was nothing in the way of a true surprise to be found the first time around. It should have been more of a fun romp, but the plot of kidnap and usurpation gets going only halfway in and fizzles soon after. Wealth royalty on display in fluffy but fun romantic comedy )0(

TRAVEL TO PLACES: PHILIPPINES-- BLACKSMITH

My Personal Experience: I went to our store & feeling like a rebel- Blacksmith Vibe- last year December 29, 2020, together with my favorite cat Helsinki who seem a little bit distracted and not in the mood. Blacksmith is a word that seems to be cool to hear with TH sound on the end it's like you chew some gum or mint just saying to word you'll feel coolness in your mouth after!

Blacksmith
A person who makes and repairs things in iron by hand, a farrier! Blacksmith, also called smith, craftsman who fabricates objects out of iron by hot and cold forging on an anvil. The term blacksmith derives from iron, formerly called “black metal,” and farrier from the Latin ferrum, “iron.” What does a blacksmith do? Blacksmiths shape and join metals to make items such as wrought-iron gates, railings, furniture, tools and horseshoes. This is achieved by heating metal in a forge until it is soft and workable. Blacksmiths then hammer, bend and cut the metal into shape before it cools again. In this page you can discover 23 synonyms like: ironsmith, forger, smithy, metalworker, plover, smith, horseshoer, stonemason, grocer, basket maker and farrier:0

TRAVEL TO MOVIES: OPERATION CHRISTMAS DROP

Director: Martin Wood
Cast: Kat Graham , Alexander Ludwig , Trezzo Mahoro , Bethany Brown , Rohan Campbell , Virginia Madsen , Jeffrey Joseph , Janet Kidder , Aliza Vellani , Aaron Douglas , Linden Banks
Plot: Congressional aide Erica (Graham) forgoes family Christmas to travel at boss's behest:) At a beachside Air Force base, she clashes with Capt. Andrew Jantz (Ludwig), who knows her assignment is finding reasons to defund the facility. She clashes with Capt. Andrew Jantz over his pet project -- Operation: Christmas Drop.

My Movie Review: The movie is a simple predictable romantic spree with military propaganda! Operation Christmas Drop is a bomb nothing much is going on and the film lacks remarkable moments that would make it special like the concept of gift drop but the execution is all over the place really messy movie have to say nothing much achievement until the last scene drop:( Alexander Ludwig is all grown up now that's nice to see how tall fine looking man he become since I knew him as a child with his previous movies like The dark is Rising if I'm not mistaken:) I didn't expect this is going to be bland holiday movie in trailer it seems more joyous I didn't remember any supporting cast acting or moments they fell into the background in other movies I had fun watching secondary characters make their own mark but this time I didn't only the two main characters have the spotlight and they didn't make most of it- just slow moving sequence! Kat Graham is toned down I expect more than since in The Vampire Diaries she give more than expected- exhilarating performance I wish her acting here has more edge' sass and spice!

Critic Reviews: Erica and Andrew deserve their happily ever after, as does the Operation Christmas Drop endeavor. Mission accomplished. Everything in "Operation Christmas Drop" falls predictably into place like children nestled all snug in their beds. Each plot point and character dynamic appears predetermined, and not in a seasonally charming way. An anodyne, friction-free romantic comedy that faintly distinguishes itself from its snow-sprayed genre brethren with enticingly balmy South Pacific scenery. The writing has all the charm of an Air Force procurement budget! It's a lot more fun watching Erica and Andrew wholesomely frolicking on the beach for Christmas than it is being bashed over the head with warm and cuddly military propaganda. Doesn't have lofty aspirations to upend expectations for Christmas movies satisfies the basic tenant of making viewers feel good. Military history, positive gentle romance with its nauseating array of smiles and sunshine, takes the Christmas spirit a tad too seriously. The story is predictable, but at this point in 2020, we could use a bit of predictability:0

TRAVEL TO PLACES: PHILIPPINES-- NIGHT & DAY CAT SIGHT

My Personal Experience: I went to our store & wonder about Night & Day Cat Sight last year December 16, 2020, together with my favorite cat Helsinki who seems around as I take photos! I've notice his behavior when I tried to capture him seems to look straight to the camera mostly when his not sleepy while our other cats group themselves when they are sleeping or chill out:)

Night & Day Cat Sight
What does cat vision look like at night? Night vision- cats can't see fine detail or rich color, but have a superior ability to see in the dark because of the high number of rods in their retina that are sensitive to dim light. As a result, cats can see using roughly one-sixth the amount light that people need. Do cats see well in daylight? Cats have a wider field of view about 200 degrees, compared with humans' 180-degree view. Cats are crepuscular, meaning they are active at dawn and dusk. That may be why they need such good night vision. Their eyes have six to eight times more rod cells, which are more sensitive to low light, than humans do ponder!
