My Personal Experience: I went to Brgy. San Simon, Pampanga this year January 24, 2020, together with my sister and her husband. We went there driving around and taking snaps along San Simon Road which have been our access to the north plus its near to home- San Nicolas:) This is short more easy route instead of San Fernando that's why best alternative to go Manila!
San Simon Driving
San Simon, officially the Municipality of San Simon, is a 3rd
class municipality in the province of Pampanga, Philippines. According
to the 2015 census, it has a population of 53,198 people with a density of 930 inhabitants per square kilometre or 2,400 inhabitants per square mile.
San Simon is accessible via the North Luzon Expressway via the San Simon
current exit. The principal industries in San Simon are farming, fishing and poultry and swine industries. There are two public markets, one in old Poblacion area and other located in the industrial zone area!
