My Movie Review: The movie is tightly packed in 80-minutes got a solid high concept as a highly-trained soldier uses her skills to hunt down the man who hurt her sister a lead star with good action sequences the lack of surprises or twists make up' this revenge thriller perfect fine! Sentinelle is entertaining enough as the plot line is straightforward in a no-nonsense revenge thriller it's a film that rushes through its painting-by-numbers plot but hitting all the usual beats:) The premise that a soldier fresh from a stint in a foreign war zone who's suffering from post-traumatic stress syndrome could have done all these terrible things is entirely plausible as her descent from a war veteran to an avenger is understandable but it could been quite unsettling:( The Olga Kurylenko's acting here is high par for the course as she's been in other action movies in the past and her acting style is on display there just saying she's credible in the action sequences particularly toward the end it could be the subject of a sequel- things turn up!

Critic Reviews: There's a lot to like here, if you're willing to explore a labyrinthine, sometimes unwelcoming platform to find it. While it's relatively short at 80 minutes which means it can be watched to just pass time without too much commitment. Sentinelle still feels like another half-baked work that suffers from a poorly written script and generic fight scenes. A lacerating revenge-thriller, There is no warmth or wit in Sentinelle; it's an exercise in unsubtle retributive justice! Sentinelle balances its beats of emotional trauma against the darker forces of vigilantism. While the film gets off to a decent start, the constant exposition and conventions get in the way of its success. For Olga Kurylenko, Sentinelle should be a welcomed stepping stone into action stardom. Revenge cinema pulled off with ferocity, giving Kurylenko something to work with as Leclercq arranges riveting escalation, delivering a brutalizer with some deep-seated pain to examine. Quick, to the point, and violent, it gets in cracks skulls, and gets out. With a compelling, layered protagonist and badass turn from Olga Kurylenko, this more than scratches a particular action itch. Despite the single tone running through, it is worth watching:)
