My Personal Experience: I went to Hello, Changi Precinct within Changi Airport at Terminal 3 last year August 5, 2022, together with my sister who follows by her husband and my nephew:) Hello, Changi Precinct is their perfect promotion for family bonding taking photos and posing along every corner of this colorful theme set-up and you might find yourself awhile in Lalaland:)
