My Personal Experience: I went to Ayala Malls Vertis North Gardens this year November 1, 2018, together with my sister. We went there to spend time together after not seeing in months! All Saint's Day is the day in a year we visit the dead in the graveyard in the province instead of the usual we went to the mall nearby since we're stuck in the city and take snap in the garden:)
