My Personal Experience: I went to Sheung Wan last November 23, 2014, together with my sister. This is the start of our Hong Kong Trip exploring the neighbours at Butterfly on Hollywood. We saw Chinese stores selling herbs and spices for medicinal and cooking purposes. The streets filled with people moving and movie theme inspired inside our hotel.
Sheung Wan
It is an area in Hong Kong, located in the north-west of Hong Kong Island, between Central and Sai Ying Pun. It's part of the Central and Western District. The name interpreted as Upper District (occupying high ground compared to Central and Wan Chai), or Gateway District (the location where the British first entered and occupied Hong Kong).
