My Movie Review: The movie is rough on the edges but it's shinning beacon of hope for sci-fi lovers that want to discover new world in a different dimension with genre-smash action drama. Kin is very now it's young with all potential but reckless has no clear direction and that's a good thing I like it doesn't know what it want just go with flow kinda story that makes it unpredictable! Jack Reynor is all lovable anti-hero his hard in exterior but soft big brother with good intentions for his younger brother together they escape the gangster trying to kill them with rush road trip! Zoe Kravitz is a exotic dancer in a strip club that caught in the crossfire when the kid with a ray-gun blow up some portion of the bar she come along with cool strut adds spice to the story.

Other's Review: Kin is a superhero movie of sorts, refreshingly uncluttered by the genre’s usual sleek-and-shiny overkill. To be sure, the sleek and shiny bits are few and far between in a feature that begins amid the desolate ruins of Detroit and soon takes to the glamourless highway. The unlikely superhero at its center, a lonely city kid, has murderous magic at his fingertips after stumbling upon an otherworldly weapon. Newcomer Myles Truitt inhabits the role with an earthbound soulfulness what you might call the opposite of heroic flash and even when the film’s progress feels more mechanical than organic, he’s easy to root for. The bottom line it's an admirable but low-impact mash-up with stars like Dennis Quaid and James Franco:)
