My Personal Experience: I went to Single Origin: Osteria Salcedo this year January 27, 2020, together with my sister. We went there to taste their food and drinks for me a dessert breakfast! French Toast is such a surprise their presentation is grand than expected together with strong signature coffee they balance each other plus love the color of the red cranberry add vibrancy:)

In the battle of the new Osterias in Manila, here’s what to expect at the Osteria version of Single Origin. You’ll love the high ceiling and the ambiance created by the floor to ceiling windows with a view of the Salcedo trees. It’s a bit quaint though quite congested during peak hours, and there are times when you’ll be forced to seat upstairs. Single Origin, our go-to place for meeting friends over good drinks, serves simple home-cooked Italian food in this corner bistro in Salcedo. Its quaint place for Italian comfort food pizza and pasta or bistecca (steak) if you want to indulge in it. Overall, we love going to Single Origin for their coffee and cocktails,
but the new osteria version now give us a very good reason to go for their
Italian comfort food:)
