TRAVEL TO MOVIES: THE MAZE RUNNER

Director: Wes Ball
Cast: Will Poulter , Thomas Brodie-Sangster , Patricia Clarkson , Dylan O'Brien , Joe Adler , Kaya Scodelario , Ki Hong Lee , Don McManus , Carl Greene
Plot: Thomas wakes up in an elevator, remembering nothing but his own name. He emerges into a world of about 60 teen boys who have learned to survive in a completely enclosed environment, subsisting on their own agriculture and supplies from below. A new boy arrives every 30 days. The original group has been in "the glade" for two years, trying to find a way to escape through a maze that surrounds their living space. They have begun to give up hope when a comatose girl arrives with a strange note, and their world begins to change.

My Movie Review: The movie is refreshing, interesting concept with new generation of young actors. I like going on mazes cause you never know what lies ahead and you can get stock or survive, even if I do it on video games is still lot of fun. The Maze Runner has strong and stable foundation based on its storyline but I hope the sequel will have more complexity to it that have take us on another level, just like The Hunger Games sequels...
My Favorite Character: Minho

When Minho first appears, he is found by Thomas laying on the ground from exhaustion as he'd just gotten back to the Homestead from the Maze. Minho shows up at the Gathering, which confirms that he is the Keeper of Runners. Thomas is first elected as Keeper of the Runner by Minho, but becomes just a runner.
